Our lustration production technology comes from OUCHISHINKO CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (JAPAN). Distinguished from other Chinese producers, the new know-how could guarantee our products at top quality and protection to green environment at the same time.

The first stage investment is US$ 5 Million.WILLING CHEMICALS owns 51% share right.

In May 2007, we set PUYANG WILLING NEW MATERIALS TECHNICAL CO.,LTD. In this plant we will focus on developing new materials including super fine and masterbatch rubber chemicals etc.
